How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS notification once the product has been dispatched. You can also visit our tracking page to track real-time transit status of your order once it has been dispatched on:- https://tracklite.in/c/aviliving

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

Typical Transit Time by Delivery Location:

• Delhi NCR: 1 to 2 working days
• Metros: 3 to 5 working days
• Non-Metros & Interiors: 3-10 working days

Please note: The delivery timelines above are indicational only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders above Rs 1000. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 50 will be added during checkout. This convenience fee is non-refundable. For orders under Rs 1000, we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs 100. In case of a partial return, where free shipping is applicable, we will deduct shipping charges in case the value of the balance order is less than Rs 1000.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

Is Gift Wrapping Service available?

Yes, we can provide gift wrapping or a gift box. You can select the same at checkout. A nominal charge of Rs. 100 is charged for gift wrapping and Rs. 200 for the gift box.
